Sold on one marketplace.Drafted on the rest.
What happens when an account sells
The same five steps for every sale, whichever marketplace it comes from. You only see the result.
Step 1
The sale is reported
GameBoost tells NexDash the moment it happens. Eldorado, Skycoach and PlayHub are checked on a schedule kept inside each one's rate limits.
Step 2
It is counted once
A sale that arrives twice, from a retry or an overlapping check, is recorded once.
Step 3
The account is marked sold
For you and for every worker who can see it, so nobody delivers it twice.
Step 4
The other offers follow your rule
Drafted, deleted, or left for you. A takedown that fails is flagged more loudly than one that worked.
Step 5
The money is booked
The order opens, the ledger updates, and Discord tells you.
Everything after the listing
Orders, payouts, a team and the details of delivery, under the same four headings you will find in the sidebar.
Every account, one list per game
Keep each account's logins, rank, skins and screenshots together. Write the listing once, change it per marketplace only where they differ, and publish it to all four.
- Logins are encrypted before they are stored
- Needs attention lists offers nobody has updated in a while
- Ctrl K finds any account by its ID
Three games, recorded in the detail buyers ask about
Each game has its own fields, so a listing can say exactly what the account holds.

Valorant
Current and peak rank, level, agents, skins, and Valorant Points.

PUBG Mobile
Tier, level, X-suits, and weapon, vehicle and outfit skins.

Clash of Clans
Town Hall and Builder Hall, every hero's level, league and trophies.
Built around logins that must not leak
A sold account is only worth its credentials, so they are handled that way.
- Logins are encrypted
- Account credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before they are stored, and shown only to people allowed to see them.
- Sign-in needs a code
- Signing in is confirmed with a one-time code, from your email or an authenticator app.
- Workers see what you allow
- Access is set per game and per field, so a worker who only delivers never has to see a password.
- Invitation only
- There is no public sign-up. Every seller account is created by an administrator.
Access is by invitation
NexDash holds account logins and marketplace keys, so an administrator sets up every seller. Tell us what you sell and where, and we will get back to you.
